Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix corn, carrots, onions, green onions, cilantro, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl.
Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
Place a spoonful of filling on each wrapper and roll tightly.
Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
