Instructions
Brew the Vietnamese coffee using a coffee maker.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture becomes frothy and pale.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the egg mixture and continue to whisk until well combined.
Pour the brewed coffee into cups and gently spoon the egg mixture on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
