  • 2 tablespoon Vietnamese coffee powder
  • 2 unit egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Brew the Vietnamese coffee using a coffee maker.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture becomes frothy and pale.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk to the egg mixture and continue to whisk until well combined.
  • Pour the brewed coffee into cups and gently spoon the egg mixture on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle a bit of cocoa powder or cinnamon on top.
