Instructions
1. Soak mung beans for at least 2 hours, then cook until soft. Mash into a paste.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine tapioca starch, sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add mung bean paste to the mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into small molds or a tray.
5. Steam for about 30 minutes or until set.
6. Let cool before serving.
