Ingredients

  • 200 g Mung beans soaked and cooked
  • 100 g Tapioca starch
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Soak mung beans for at least 2 hours, then cook until soft. Mash into a paste.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine tapioca starch, sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  • 3. Add mung bean paste to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  • 4. Pour the mixture into small molds or a tray.
  • 5. Steam for about 30 minutes or until set.
  • 6. Let cool before serving.
