Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coarse ground Vietnamese coffee
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Place the coffee grounds into the Vietnamese coffee filter (phin).
  • Press the filter gently to level the coffee grounds.
  • Pour a small amount of hot water into the filter to bloom the coffee. Wait for 20-30 seconds.
  • Fill the filter with the remaining hot water and place the lid on top. Let the coffee drip slowly.
  • Once the dripping stops, remove the filter and pour the coffee over a glass filled with ice.

Notes

For a sweeter version, add condensed milk before pouring the coffee over ice.
