Instructions
Place the coffee grounds into the Vietnamese coffee filter (phin).
Press the filter gently to level the coffee grounds.
Pour a small amount of hot water into the filter to bloom the coffee. Wait for 20-30 seconds.
Fill the filter with the remaining hot water and place the lid on top. Let the coffee drip slowly.
Once the dripping stops, remove the filter and pour the coffee over a glass filled with ice.
Notes
For a sweeter version, add condensed milk before pouring the coffee over ice.
