ground Vietnamese coffee

sweetened condensed milk

Hot water
Instructions
Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to a glass.
Place the Vietnamese coffee filter (phin) on top of the glass.
Add 2 tablespoons of ground Vietnamese coffee to the filter.
Pour a small amount of hot water into the filter to bloom the coffee.
After 30 seconds, fill the filter with hot water.
Allow the coffee to drip through the filter into the glass.
Stir the coffee and condensed milk together.
Add ice cubes to the glass and stir again.
