Instructions
Mix agar-agar powder with water in a pot.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and food coloring.
Pour into molds and let cool until set.
Cut into cubes and serve chilled.
