Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 25 g agar-agar powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • optional food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Mix agar-agar powder with water in a pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and food coloring.
  • Pour into molds and let cool until set.
  • Cut into cubes and serve chilled.
