  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 4. Serve hot with rice or as an appetizer.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add some chili flakes or fresh chopped chili to the marinade.
