Instructions
1. Soak the dried soybeans in water overnight.
2. Drain and rinse the soybeans.
3. Blend the soybeans with 6 cups of water until smooth.
4. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth into a large pot.
5. Bring the liquid to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Add sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.
7. Let it cool, then refrigerate. Serve chilled.
Notes
