  • 1 cup Dried soybeans soaked overnight
  • 6 cups Water
  • 1 cup Sugar adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Soak the dried soybeans in water overnight.
  • 2. Drain and rinse the soybeans.
  • 3. Blend the soybeans with 6 cups of water until smooth.
  • 4. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth into a large pot.
  • 5. Bring the liquid to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Add sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.
  • 7. Let it cool, then refrigerate. Serve chilled.

Notes
