Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mixed offal (tripe, liver, heart)
  • 400 ml Coconut water
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Five-spice powder
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 piece Ginger, sliced
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass, bruised

Instructions
 

  • 1. Clean the offal thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2. In a large pot, add the offal, coconut water, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass.
  • 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours until the offal is tender.
  • 4. Serve hot with rice or bread.

Notes

Make sure to clean the offal thoroughly to remove any impurities.
