Instructions
1. Clean the offal thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large pot, add the offal, coconut water, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours until the offal is tender.
4. Serve hot with rice or bread.
Notes
Make sure to clean the offal thoroughly to remove any impurities.
