Instructions
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Add the sweet leaf, fish sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
