Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dried seaweed Soaked and drained
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 2 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 pcs Green onions Chopped

Instructions
 

  • 1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • 3. Add the minced garlic, fish sauce, salt, and sugar to the broth. Stir well.
  • 4. Add the soaked seaweed to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 5. Turn off the heat and add the chopped green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

This soup is perfect for a light meal or as a starter. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
