Instructions
1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
3. Add the minced garlic, fish sauce, salt, and sugar to the broth. Stir well.
4. Add the soaked seaweed to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat and add the chopped green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
This soup is perfect for a light meal or as a starter. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
