Instructions
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced pork to the pot and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, and green onions to the pot. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
6. Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with fresh herbs.
Notes
For an extra kick, add some sliced chili peppers or a squeeze of lime juice.
