Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil)

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the sliced pork to the pot and cook until browned.
  • 4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Add the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, and green onions to the pot. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • 6. Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with fresh herbs.

Notes

For an extra kick, add some sliced chili peppers or a squeeze of lime juice.
